There’s a promotion pointing to this website: csatdrop.me that collects your telegram account, email address, and promises an airdrop of 500 CSAT tokens.
The site points to Ethereum contract 0x3565402f2936D3284264F03615D065803330E392 which appears to be broken: it shows the balance of 1000 CSAT tokens on every wallet address that you enter. Here, for example, is an empty wallet that I just created without registering it at their site, and it shows 1000 CSAT balance.
Apparently the guys are collecting email addresses and telegram names for directed spam.
